Avocado & Simple Vinaigrette Salad with Queso Fresco
- 2 cups (450 ml) swiss chard,or other edible greens
- 1 avocado, deseeded and sliced
- 5 tablespoons (75 ml - full recipe) of Simple Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup (59 ml) queso fresco, crumbled
Chop the greens, and divide by servings. Top each serving with avocado slices, dressing and queso fresco. Enjoy!
