Avocado & Simple Vinaigrette Salad
- 2 cups (450 ml) swiss chard, or other edible greens
- 1 avocado, deseeded and sliced
- 5 tablespoons (75 ml) Simple Vinaigrette
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Chop the greens, and divide by servings. Top each serving with avocado slices, and dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Base recipe yields 2 servings of 6.6ox/ 186 g a piece.
