Simple Avocado Salad
- 1 avocado, deseeded and cubed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
- salt to tase
Split and deseed the avocado. Slice the avocado flesh into squares and scoop them out of the skin. Juice the lime. Combine both in a bowl to preferred consistency, salt to taste. Enjoy!
Base recipe yields 2 servings of 4.1 oz/115.9 g a piece.
