  • 2.5 teaspoons (10 ml) chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoon (5 ml) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt


Combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Store in an labeled, airtight container. Since this spice can be added by taste, one serving is considered 2 teaspoons (10 ml) for 1 lb (450 g) of meat. Enjoy!
