Reheat cauliflower rice, and divide between bowls.

Cook eggs to preference with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Top the cauliflower rice with one egg, equal amount of the sliced avocado, and one tablespoon (15 ml) Salsa. Repeat for each serving. Enjoy!
