Cafe Mexicano
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) brewed coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon (.5 ml) ancho chili powder
- liquid stevia to preference
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and stir well. To ensure the best combination, blend ingredients in a blender before serving. Serve hot or cold. Buen provecho!
Base recipe yields 2 servings of 8 oz/226.7 g a piece.
