Chipotle Cream Sauce
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (59 ml) sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) smoked sea salt
Deseed the chipotle pepper, leaving some seeds if you want a spicier result. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend smooth. Base recipe makes 6 servings of .5 oz/ 14.5 g or 1 tablespoon (15 ml) a piece. Enjoy!
