Chorizo and Eggs


If using store-bought chorizo, remove the chorizo from the plastic casing, and cook on the stove on med-high in a saucepan until well done. Otherwise, reheat the prepared Homemade Low Carb Chorizo. Set meat aside. Cook eggs to preference, using some of the remaining chorizo oil. Enjoy!

This recipe calls for our Homemade Low Carb Chorizo. But if you're not up for making it yourself, buy the tubes of Mexican chorizo you can get at just about every grocery store. If possible, find one without fillers/corn syrup/ etc., or find a grocer/butcher that makes their own (you'll have better quality ingredients)! Chorizo + eggs= happy tummy! Buen provecho!
