Chorizo and Eggs
If using store-bought chorizo, remove the chorizo from the plastic casing, and cook on the stove on med-high in a saucepan until well done. Otherwise, reheat the prepared Homemade Low Carb Chorizo. Set meat aside. Cook eggs to preference, using some of the remaining chorizo oil. Enjoy!
