Cod- Stove Top- Cook the cod in the coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high to high heat, flipping once when the pan side color of your fish is no longer opaque. Fish will be lightly browned, and is cooked when the internal temperature is 130F/ 54C.

Cod-Bake- Preheat the oven to 425F/218C/ Gas Mark 7. Bake the cod on parchment paper. Drizzle the cod with the coconut oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until done or the internal temperature is 130F/ 54C.

Horseradish Sauce
The coconut cream is the thicker white solids of coconut milk that settle when it sits for a long time or is cold. So place your can of coconut milk in the fridge. When it is chilled, open it and measure out a mix of the coconut cream and the liquid coconut milk from the can until you get a yogurt like consistency. Blend this with the remaining ingredients by hand, and let the sauce chill in the fridge to meld the flavors together. You will have extra servings left from the horseradish sauce. Smaklig måltid!

Base recipe makes 2 servings, of 4 oz/113g cod and .62 oz/ 17.65 g of the horseradish sauce a piece (approximately 1 tablespoon (15 ml) plus a teaspoon (5 ml).
