Cranberry Sauce (Tranbärsås- Lingonsylt substitut)
Ingredients
- 6 oz (170.1 g) cranberries
- 1/4 inch (.635 cm) slice lime (8.35 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon (1g/ 2 ml) orange peel
- 1/2 envelope (1.5 teaspoon/ 3.5 g/ 7 ml) gelatin
- 1/4 teaspoon (.62 g/ 1 ml) ancho chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (.57 g/ 1 ml) smoked paprika powder
- 1/4 cup (59 ml/ 28.3 g) dry red wine
- 1/4 cup (59 ml/ 28.3 g) water
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- liquid stevia to taste or sweetner of your choice
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, and heat on medium heat until cranberries burst. Stir well to combine the ingredients well. Cook approximately 10 minutes. Add liquid stevia to taste. Chill in the fridge and serve cold. Smaklig måltid!
Base recipe makes 4 servings of approximately 1/4 cup (59 ml/ 60.7g/ 2.1 oz) a piece.
