Daisy Low Carb Margarita
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) tequila reposado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 8 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)
- 8 ounces unflavored carbonated water
- 1 cup ice, crushed
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, and shake until well blended. Or, my favorite, put all ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy!
Note: For a unique spin on this drink, cut the lemon and lime in half, and grill the cut halves until lightly charred- then juice. This will add a delicious depth to the drink!
Base recipe yields 2 servings of approximately 10 oz/ 283.5g.
