Eggs and Salsa Verde Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) coconut oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 servings of Cauliflower Rice
- 2 servings Salsa Verde
Directions
Cook the eggs to preference in the coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place one serving of cauliflower rice in a bowl, top with one egg, and one serving of Salsa Verde. Do this for each serving.
Base recipe is for 2 servings of 4.8 oz/ 127.3 g a piece.
