About This Recipe

Horchata is a refreshing chilled Mexican drink typically made with water, rice and almonds. We've followed the general idea using almond milk, but have taken a few liberties to make it our own- and to make it low carb. Adding a shot of rum makes this an amazing party or by the pool drink! Buen provecho!
