Scrambled Eggs & Bacon


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) heavy cream
  • 4 slices bacon
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Cook the bacon to preference in a skilled over medium to medium-high heat. Set aside when done. Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream in a bowl. Pour egg mixture into skillet and quickly stir the cooking eggs to make scrambled eggs to preference. Serve each half of the scrambled eggs with 2 slices of bacon. Enjoy!
