Simple Tomato Salad


  • 1 medium yellow tomato
  • 1 medium red tomato
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Wash and slice the tomato to preference. Combine the oil and vinegar in a bowl, and season the dressing to taste. Toss the tomato with the dressing, and enjoy!
