- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Measure all ingredients into a bowl, salad-dressing mixer, or even blender, and mix rapidly to combine well. I prefer very generous amounts of salt and pepper in my vinaigrettes, but salt and pepper slowly until you find your preference. Enjoy!
