Simple Vinegar Coleslaw


  • 16 ounces coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granular sugar replacement of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds


Place the coleslaw mix into a large bowl. Add all ingredients and toss to evenly distribute them. This dish gets better with time, so serve immediately or let it sit in the fridge an hour or so beforehand. Enjoy!
