Swiss Chard Carnitas Burrito with Avocado Lime Cream Sauce



Wash and dry swiss chard leaves. Lay flat. Warm up the Carnitas and Cauliflower Rice. Put equal portions of Carnitas and Cauliflower Rice on each swiss chard leaf. Top each burrito with an equal portion of diced tomatoes and avocado lime cream sauce. Fold up bottom of leave, and then the right and left sides, to form a loose burrito shape. Enjoy!
