Chorizo Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 servings of Homemade Low-Carb Chorizo, cooked
- 2 servings of Cauliflower Rice
- 2 servings Salsa
- 1/4 cup (59 ml) lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions
Divide the cauliflower rice and chorizo between bowls. Heat to preference in microwave. Top each bowl with equal amounts shredded lettuce, salsa, and sliced avocado. Buen provecho!
