Taco Pie

Preheat 350F/ 176C/ Gas Mark 4. Prepare the Spicy Taco Meat, and divide equally amongst baking dishes (if using more than one). I love using one pie pan or 3, 5-inch (12.7 cm) ceramic quiche dishes. Divide the tomato sauce and cheese evenly as well on top of the taco meat. Roll out the Fat Head Pizza Dough to fit your baking dishes, pinching the edges of the dough to the edges of the pan to prevent the contents from bubbling out during baking. Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on the size of your pan, until the pie crust is nicely browned. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with hot sauce, sour cream (or creme fraiche), or Avocado Cream great flavor combinations!
